IFZA is hiring for the position of Client Engagement Manager. The role of Client Engagement Manager plays a pivotal role in the success of driving and monitoring sales through our Professional Partners. The successful candidate must have previous experience in managing sales within a multinational company and should have the drive and determination to achieve sales targets.
The Client Engagement Manager will be expected to build and maintain partnerships with Professional Partners and clients as well as drive sales in order to meet sales targets. The successful candidate will be expected to have exceptional interpersonal skills and experience of working in a sales-driven multinational company. You will also be expected to liaise with several different departments in order to provide a quality service to our clients and ensure that they are fully informed of our products and services.
Main Responsibilities
- Driving and Monitoring sales through Professional Partners to meet sales targets
- Building and maintaining strong and long-lasting customer relationships in B2B, B2C or International Segments where required
- Effectively managing client expectations particularly in situations where applications prove to be problematic, rejected or delayed
- Engaging in all CRM activities, staying abreast of its features in order to utilise and maximise system benefits
- Liaising closely with marketing, finance sales support and operations to keep clients updated
- Generating and implementing business development strategies to secure new sales opportunities and professional partnerships
Qualifications and Experience
- Intermediate computer literacy is required e.g. MS Office
- Exceptional Communication, Interpersonal Skills and Telephone Etiquette
- Valid Driver’s License and Car
- Tertiary Qualification in related discipline OR the equivalent industry experience
- Proven experience in sales and client engagement
- Industry Knowledge is a plus
