This course introduces the Communication Model and provides an overview of key communication barriers and how to overcome them. Participants will have an opportunity to understand and explore the different types of communication via discussions, activities, etc. They will engage in critical conversations by applying Active listening and Questioning techniques. They will also learn to effectively communicate with clients using Assertiveness, Persuasion, and influencing strategies. Participants will be able to recognize and adapt to the different communication styles. They will also be equipped with the knowledge and skill to manage Crucial Conversations and negotiate the most desired outcome.
