This is why through the IFZA Cares initiative; the team makes it a priority to return to Al Noor Rehabilitation & Welfare Association for People of Determination every year. This legacy institution in the UAE is dedicated to empowering individuals and fostering compassion within the community. It’s a visit that goes beyond routine, rooted instead in a shared sense of purpose and connection.
The team spent meaningful time with the students, stepping into an environment filled with creativity and determination. The day was filled with shared laughter, warm conversations, and the simple joy of being present together. These interactions offered a powerful reminder that progress is not only measured in outcomes, but in the ability to connect.

As a proud Gold Member of Al Noor, IFZA continues to support its mission of providing rehabilitation, vocational training, and inclusive opportunities for people of determination. The Centre has long played a vital role in helping individuals build independence, develop essential skills, and integrate into both the workforce and the broader community.
The IFZA Cares team has, on previous visits, supported students through hands-on vocational training activities, including surface printing, wood design, fashion technology, basic sewing, and beadwork. These sessions not only foster creativity and fine motor skills but also create an encouraging space where students can explore their abilities and take pride in their achievements.
